The pricing listed above is intended as a general guide only. Due to the extensive number of watch brands, models, variations, movement types, and production years in circulation, it is not possible to provide exact pricing without physically inspecting the timepiece.

This guide reflects estimated pricing for standard, modern production models requiring a complete service. It does not include the cost of replacement parts, as each watch requires different components based on its condition, age, and manufacturer specifications. Parts pricing varies significantly by brand and availability.

Rare, highly complicated, or vintage timepieces typically fall outside of this general pricing structure and may require specialized handling, extended labor time, or manufacturer-sourced components.

Additionally, previous improper servicing, water intrusion, corrosion, lack of maintenance, impact damage, or poor storage conditions can significantly increase the scope of work required. Movement type, brand complexity, and overall condition all directly affect final service cost.

For these reasons, every watch is fully evaluated upon arrival, and a detailed estimate is provided for approval before any work begins. We do not proceed with service without your authorization.

This pricing guide applies to complete movement services only. Case restoration, refinishing-only work, battery service, partial repairs, and other limited services are quoted separately.

Once your timepiece arrives at Stoll & Co., it is carefully received, logged, and assigned a unique RFID tracking code. The watch then undergoes a detailed diagnostic evaluation. Expert watchmakers assess the movement, case, and overall functionality to identify any issues. You will receive a service estimate via email, and work begins upon approval.

After approval, the movement is fully disassembled. Each component is ultrasonically cleaned to remove debris and residue. Worn or damaged parts are repaired or replaced as needed, and the movement is lubricated and precisely regulated to ensure optimal performance. If case restoration or refinishing is requested, it is completed during this stage.

Once servicing is complete, the watch is reassembled with new gaskets installed. Water-resistant models undergo pressure and vacuum testing to verify water resistance.

Before return shipment, the timepiece undergoes final testing, including timekeeping accuracy, power reserve validation, and a two-step quality control inspection. The watch is then securely packaged and shipped back fully insured.

Servicing times can vary depending on the complexity of the service required. Once your timepiece has been assessed, Stoll & Co. will provide a quote and estimated timeline. Typical service turnaround is approximately 3-4 weeks for quartz full service and 6–8 weeks for mechanical full service, though timing may vary based on the specific work and parts required.

Yes, Stoll & Co. will provide tracking information and updates throughout the servicing process to keep you informed, such as when your watch arrives, when your estimate is ready and when your timepiece is ready to be returned to you.
