eBay labels is the fast, convenient way for you to purchase and print discounted USPS® shipping labels. There’s no waiting in long lines, no paper receipts to manage and no need for you to bother with tracking. Just click, print and ship—we’ll take care of the rest.

Best of all, you can do it all from the convenience of your computer or mobile app while saving up to 32%* off USPS retail rates.

How does it work? After an item has sold, simply click the link in your ‘sold email’ notification, the eBay Seller Hub or My eBay to preview and print your label. Then, secure the label to your package and ship it to your buyer.

Once you’ve dropped off your package, there’s no need to email your buyer with updates—we’ll automatically notify you and your buyer of the USPS tracking number, the estimated date of arrival and final delivery confirmation. Discounted labels made simple. Only on eBay.

Delivery options that fit your needs

USPS offers a huge variety of shipping services that fit practically every domestic and international shipping need.

Keep in mind that whichever USPS service you choose, it should reflect the stated handling and shipping time from your original listing. For example, if your listing states you will handle the item within 2 days, and ship with USPS Priority Mail, make sure to do just that. In many cases, eBay will provide shipping guidance upfront when you list your item to help you choose the best shipping service options.

Convenience

Click, print and ship – without leaving the house

With over 30,000 U.S. Post Office® locations and retail storefronts, it’s pretty easy to find a location to drop your package into the mail.

But what happens when you’re short on time, or you simply can’t get to a U.S. Post Office®?

First, order some free eBay/USPS co-branded shipping supplies so you’ll have packing materials on-hand before your item sells. Next, use eBay labels to purchase and print your discounted USPS shipping labels – it’s all done online, right from eBay.com. Last, schedule your free package pickup, available to most homes and business locations in the U.S.

Online convenience is one more way eBay and USPS make it easy to sell on eBay.

Insurance

Peace of mind for you and your buyers

Rest easier knowing that your packages are protected against loss or damage with automatic insurance up to $100* when you ship USPS Priority Mail and use eBay labels.

How does it work? You don’t have to take any action – insurance is automatically included at no additional cost when you ship using Priority Mail® service and eBay labels. All sellers automatically receive $50 worth of insurance. But, if you’re an eBay Top Rated Seller or average more than 300 packages per month, you’ll receive $100 worth of Priority Mail® insurance at no cost.

Additional insurance coverage for higher value items

Sometimes, you need a little more coverage when shipping higher-value items. Purchasing additional domestic insurance beyond the no-cost baseline insurance is fast and easy. Just select the option to cover items up to $500 when listing an item or printing your eBay label. Payment for additional insurance is handled automatically through your linked PayPal account so there are no extra forms, no other sites to visit—and the paper trail is automatically recorded in your eBay account in the event there’s a problem with delivery. Remember, tracking is automatically provided with eBay labels, so you, your buyer and eBay know exactly when your item has arrived at its final destination.

Need more than $500 worth of insurance? ShipCover offers up to $1000 of insurance for domestic and most international shipments when you use eBay labels.

USPS also offers additional domestic and international coverage from $500-$5,000, at Post Offices™ and on USPS.com®. Note that First Class International Package service, Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Boxes and Flat Rate Envelopes are not insurable by USPS insurance.
