Instructions:

  3. Click 'Display Settings' on the left side of the page
  4. Scroll down to the "Additional Store header information" section
  5. Click the radial button to add "Yes, include additional information in my header.
  6. Click the View/Edit HTML check box
  7. Paste in your generated HTML by hitting "Ctrl-V" on your keyboard
  8. You will see your new header appear on your store once you save
