One Free Listing using "Sell Your Item" page for Global Shipping Program enrolled sellers

Who's eligible?
Sellers who (i) have and maintain eBay's minimum performance standards (ii) have successfully enrolled in the Global Shipping Program ("GSP" or "Program") and (iii) list or revise a listing in the Fixed Price, Auction style or Auction style plus Buy It Now listing formats will pay no Insertion Fee, Buy It Now Fee, and no Final Value Fee ("Promotion") for one listing when selecting GSP as the International shipping option in the Sell Your Item form.
This Promotion is available by invitation only.

If you qualify for participation, you will have received an email, and/or a message in My eBay. The Promotion is then activated with your eBay User ID. The Promotion is for you only and is not transferrable.

Please note: The Promotion will only be available when listing with the latest version of the Sell Your Item form, excluding the (i) simple form and (ii) quick listing tools. The Promotion will still apply to good 'till cancelled listings.

When is it?
This Promotion starts on Monday, October 29th, 2012 at 00:00:01 PST (12:00 AM plus one second), and will end on Wednesday, November 28th, 2012, at 23:59:59 PST (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds), for listings on http://www.ebay.com (the "Promotion Period").
How do I get the Promotional Rate?
This Promotion is available by invitation only. You will receive the Promotional Rate only when you list an item through the Sell Your Item form and select GSP as International shipping option. You will receive the Promotional rate no matter if your item sells to a domestic or international buyer and is not shipped with GSP.

  • You can list a maximum of one item as part of this Promotion on the US site, www.ebay.com, including in the Parts & Accessories category.
  • Fees for optional features (such as Reserve Price, Subtitle, Gallery Plus, 10-day listings upgrade fee, listing in 2 categories, etc.) will still apply. 10-day listings will not be charged an Insertion Fee and Buy It Now Fee but will continue to be subject to the listing upgrade fee. For listing in 2 categories, you'll be charged at standard rates for the second category. Any applicable PayPal fees will still apply.
  • This Promotion does not apply to items in GSP restricted categories.
  • In addition, this Promotion does not apply to the following: items listed in eBay Motors Passenger Vehicles, Motorcycles, Boats, Power Sports, Other Vehicles, Motors Local Market, Professional Services, and Real Estate. The following business and industrial categories are excluded from the Promotion: Tractors & Farm Machinery (91952), Antique Tractors & Equipment (45009), Heavy Equipment (25249), Concession Trailers & Carts (67145), Imaging & Aesthetics Equipment (92036), Forklifts & Other Lifts (97185), Manufacturing Equipment (92080), Metalworking Equipment (92082), and Commercial Printing Presses (26247).
  • The Promotional Rate will not apply to listings scheduled to start after the Promotion Period ends.
  • This Promotion will not apply to good 'till cancelled listings when the listing renewal occurs after the Promotional Period has ended.
How will this apply to me?
From October 29th through November 28th , 2012, you can list a maximum of one item in the Fixed Price, Auction style or Auction style plus Buy It Now listing formats for free and pay no Insertion Fee, Buy It Now Fee and no Final Value Fee when enrolling in GSP and listing with the Sell Your Item form. This Promotion is available only to eBay members who received an invitation by email and/or a message in their My eBay account.
What are the fees?

During the Promotion Period, there will be no Insertion Fee, Buy It Now or Final Value Fee for one listing in the Fixed Price or Auction style or Auction Style plus Buy It Now listing formats on the US site, www.ebay.com, including in the Parts & Accessories category, as reflected in the fee table below. Please note: the free Insertion Fee and Final Value Fee will be applied to the same listing. A listing created prior to October 29th , 2012, and scheduled to start during the Promotion Period, will be eligible to receive the Promotional Rate. Additional optional feature fees apply.

Note: The Promotion will still apply if your item is determined ineligible to ship with GSP after the listing is completed. In other words, your item can be determined ineligible to be shipped using GSP by the global shipping provider after you have submitted your listing.

The Promotional Rate will apply to only one transaction in a multi-quantity listing.
