eBay Seller Hub to become the tool for managing your business on eBay
Free to use, eBay Seller Hub offers the tools, information, and insights you need to build and maintain your business on eBay. As part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with world–class functionality and actionable data, we will be directing future resources toward developing new Seller Hub features that will make it easier to run your business and help you stay competitive in the ever–evolving world of e–commerce.
To that end, eBay will no longer support older tools, such as Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro after Spring 2017.
The key functionality Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro offers is already available within Seller Hub, so if you don’t currently use Seller Hub, now is a great time to get started. We will continue to work with sellers to ensure other essential functions not currently available in Seller Hub will be available by Spring 2017, when Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro will no longer be supported.
Turbo Lister no longer supported after June 2017
As all key Turbo Lister functionality will be made available in Seller Hub, eBay will discontinue support for Turbo Lister after June 2017. Seller Hub already enables you to create professional, quality listings, and upload and manage listings in bulk. More improvements to Seller Hub’s listing process are coming soon, with a focus on addressing seller feedback and adding capabilities for sellers who use Turbo Lister today. Send your feedback on Seller Hub listings capabilities to DL-eBay-SH-Listings-Feedback@ebay.com.

Is Seller Hub free to use? Are there any optional features I’ll have to pay for?
Yes. Seller Hub is free to use. There are optional features equal to the additional functionality offered by Selling Manager Pro that sellers can subscribe to for $15.99 per month, or access for free as part of an active Premium or Anchor–level eBay Stores subscription.
I currently use Selling Manager Pro. Will I have access to the expanded functionality this tool offers within Seller Hub?
Yes. Seller Hub offers the same optional features currently offered by Selling Manager Pro. You can subscribe and gain access to these supplemental features for $15.99 per month, and sellers with an active Premium or Anchor–level eBay Stores subscription may use these additional features for free.
Is Seller Hub still in beta?
No. For North American sellers, Seller Hub is no longer in beta. However, as we continue to improve its functionality and introduce new modules (such as the Growth module), it may be in beta for a period of time. We continue to make Seller Hub available to other regions, and as we introduce it to these regions it will start as a beta.
What features have been added to Seller Hub since its debut in 2015?
Since we first introduced Seller Hub beta in Fall 2015, we’ve added a number of features and resources, including:
- Customizable dashboards in the Overview tab
- Simplified navigation across Seller Hub
- A standard eBay search bar available within Seller Hub
- A Help widget with frequently asked questions and video tutorials
- Sales and cost details (on an individual item level) now available in the Performance module
- A summary of sales compared to sales of the same product over a specified timeframe
- A view of underperforming listings (as compared to other sellers) within the Growth module
How do Seller Hub features compare to previous tools?
Seller Hub offers the functionality of all these previous selling tools, in addition to new capabilities around performance and growth insights.
Can I use my existing tools in parallel with Seller Hub?
Yes, but remember that those existing tools like Turbo Lister, Selling Manager, and Selling Manager Pro will eventually be retired.
I am a Turbo Lister user. Will I be able to work on my listings offline using Seller Hub?
Yes. We will integrate a new feed platform with Seller Hub to allow sellers to work on their listings offline using tools such as Microsoft Excel.
If I use ChannelAdvisor, Auctiva, or other third party tools, can I still take advantage of Seller Hub?
Seller Hub offers valuable capabilities that complement the functionality of third–party tools. You should work with your third–party tool representative to discover the best practices for listings and order management.
How can I learn more about Seller Hub?
Will I be able to save my listings for more than 90 days (the current limit on Seller Hub)?
Yes. Seller Hub will offer a way for you to save all your active, ended, and draft listings in a feed file that you keep.
Will I be able to carry over all my existing inventory and listings information from Turbo Lister to Seller Hub?
Yes. We will enable you to smoothly transition your existing information to Seller Hub. You will then be able to manage those listings using the Seller Hub web interface or our file-based feed platform, which will be integrated into Seller Hub.
Will I be able to store my listing images using Seller Hub?
Seller Hub already stores your listing images for 90 days after a listing has ended. We are currently working on a solution to enable you to store your listing images longer-term using Seller Hub.
