Reduced Insertion Fee Announcement
As mentioned in the announcement from Bill Cobb, eBay will be making changes to the fee structure effective February 7, 2005. Items which are scheduled to start on eBay.com or eBay Motors after midnight, Pacific Time on February 7, 2005 will be charged based on the new fees.

Start listings below $0.99 - list for $0.25
The insertion fee for Auction-style, Fixed Price and Motors Non-vehicles listings with a Starting Price of $0.99 or less will be reduced from $0.30 to $0.25 per the table below.
