What is the Promotion?
Invited sellers (“Sellers”) who activate the offer and then list
during the Promotion Period, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein, will pay maximum
final value fees of $1 per item (“Promotional Rate”) for the first 10 items sold. To qualify for
the discount, items must be (i) listed during the Promotion Period (the “Promotion”) and (ii) sold before the
listing is automatically renewed for Fixed Price and Buy It Now listings or during the first listing period
for auction-style listings.
An item is considered listed when it is posted for sale on eBay.com and remains active until 1) the item sells or 2) the end of the listing period is reached. An item is considered sold when it is paid for in full by a buyer.

How will the final value fee be calculated?
Sellers not on eBay managed payments
The final value fee, normally calculated as a percentage of the total amount of the sale, will be capped at $1 per qualifying sale. The total amount of the sale is the amount the buyer pays, including any shipping and handling charges. Sales tax is not included in the calculation. Sellers on eBay managed payments
The final value fee, normally calculated as a percentage of the total amount of the sale, will be capped at $0.70 per qualifying sale. The total amount of the sale is the amount the buyer pays, including any shipping and handling charges, sales tax, and other applicable fees. Per order fees will remain $0.30 per order, leading to a total maximum per-item final value fee of $1 per qualifying sale. When is it?
This Promotion will begin on Monday, December 7th, 2020 at 00:00:01 PT
(12:00AM plus one second), and will end on Thursday, December 31st, 2020 at 23:59:59 PT (11:59PM plus 59
seconds), for listings on www.ebay.com (the "Promotion Period").
How do I get the Promotion?
Sellers that have been invited to participate will be
eligible for the Promotion after they activate the Promotion. Listings must be created on the US site at www.ebay.com through the Sell Your Item form, eBay Seller Tools,
eBay Mobile applications, and most third-party tools. Please note that the refund will not be shown during the
listing process. Instead, the refund will be applied as a credit to your seller account within 60 days after
the Qualifying Transaction.
