Seller Clinics Terms & Conditions
Who is eligible?
Seller Clinics are available to business sellers who meet all of the following criteria:
- Are registered as a business on the eBay.com site;
- Are physically based in the United States; and
- Have delivered a Gross Merchandise Value (GMV)* of less than $100,000 on eBay within the 12-month period before their first appointment.
*Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) means the total value of all paid transactions between users on the Site during the applicable period inclusive of postage fees and applicable taxes.
eBay retains full and final discretion over which business sellers are eligible to participate in the Seller Clinics program, regardless of whether baseline eligibility criteria have been met.
Number of Seller Clinics and Termination
- Eligible sellers may book up to 3 appointments every 12 months, starting from the date of their first appointment. Unused Seller Clinics do not roll over to subsequent years.
- eBay does not guarantee continued availability of the Seller Clinics program and reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the program at any time, at its sole discretion.
- eBay may also amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Your Participation in Seller Clinics
- Your participation in the Seller Clinics is governed by eBay’s User Agreement.
- Your eBay business account must be used to register for Seller Clinics. Seller Clinic appointments are non-transferable, may not be sold or exchanged, and are limited to the account holder.
