eBay Gift Certificates for Merchant Offers Promotion

The eBay Gift Certificates for Merchant Offers Promotion ("Merchant Offers Promotion") is designed to reward eBay users who complete a Qualifying Transaction (defined below) with eBay Gift Certificates ("Transaction Rewards"). Transaction Rewards means a U.S. dollar amount which will be given in the form of an eBay Gift Certificate. To be eligible to earn and use Transactions Rewards eBay users must meet the following criteria:
  1. Be an eBay users who see the Merchant Offers Promotion in banner ads on eBay.com and who have or be willing to create a PayPal account are eligible to participate in the Merchant Offers Promotion to receive Transaction Rewards in connection with such Merchant Offers Promotion;

  2. The Merchant Offers Promotion starts on or about April 16, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2012 ("Promotion Period");

  3. "Merchant Offer", from time to time during the Promotion Period select merchants will offer for a limited time various items or services for purchase or subscription;

  4. "Qualifying Transaction" occurs when an eligible eBay user successfully completes a Merchant Offer from the merchant websites which are accessed from a banner ad on www.eBay.com during the Promotion Period;

  5. The Transaction Rewards amount as well as any qualifying requirements and/or restrictions will be designated in each Merchant's Offer;

  6. Upon the successful completion of a Qualifying Transaction, the Transactions Rewards (in the form of an eBay Gift Certificate) will be emailed within seven (7) business days to the registered eBay user’s email address;

  7. eBay reserves the right to hold back or otherwise suspend Transaction Rewards after the completion of a Qualifying Transaction in its sole discretion to investigate compliance with eBay's policies so Transaction Rewards may not post for Qualifying Transaction during eBay's investigation and will post if eBay clears the action; and
