Not all dogs are made the same, and therefore, our products come in a variety of sizes and colors. Ask our Frank and Miss Piggy. While both are bulldogs, they are examples of how one size does not fit all in the dog world. Frank is the muscular 80 lb. male bulldog, while Piggy is the "petite" 52 lb. female. And while you can dress Miss Piggy up in something pink, don't even think about giving Frank anything pink (unless he can chew on it!) So we understand the frustrations many dog owners have-trying to find the right item for their dog.

Keeping enough auctions running to show we offer a wide range of sizes was next to impossible. Our eBay store has allowed us to keep our entire inventory up and available, showing the depth of sizes we offer, and allowing customers to easily navigate to the size their dog requires. It also allows us to up-sell on our signature items, our personalized cuddler beds. Owners can also browse through over 100 pet-related embroidery patterns that can be added onto the bed for a truly unique purchase.

And, we know dog owners generally like to share photos of their pets. We use the customized pages of our store to share information about our dogs, photos of our customers' dogs with our products, and other important information about us and our products. Customers are delighted to find their pet in our gallery, and many share the link with others, some of which turn into regular customers as well.

Utilizing the store email newsletter feature, we provide a monthly newsletter featuring an easy-to-train dog trick for our over 200 subscribers. With the combination of our photo gallery and newsletter, we've provided a community where dog owners can shop, show off their pets and their new purchases, as well as learn new tricks to teach their dog. In addition, every new product that is added is reviewed by our tester-our Piggy. Her review is shared with over 200 subscribers through another store newsletter. Enjoyed by our customers because it is written with Piggy's real life reaction to the product, it is filled with useful information as well as humor.

We believe every dog should have their day, and we offer products for all dogs, "good" and "bad"! Our newest design, combined with the new expanded categories, makes shopping even easier. Using the three-tier category approach, we are able to target our shoppers' needs quickly, allowing them to see what they want, in the size their dog needs. No more browsing through broad categories-customers can pinpoint what they want with a couple of clicks. Plus, our new design has added fun and humor. Because even a "good" dog can be "bad" sometimes and we want every dog to receive a new toy, bed, treats or clothing item!

With our eBay store, we were able to reach Silver PowerSeller status, as well as raise the monthly average selling price and multiple quantity purchases.
