Eligibility:
This promotion is available to invited seller(s) who: (i) designate their added debit card as a form of payout for their scheduled payouts and (ii) meet eBay’s minimum seller performance standards. Please sign in to My eBay and view your Seller Dashboard to verify whether your account meets the standards.
Promotion Details:
Eligible sellers who meet the above condition will receive up to three (3) free Express Payouts, without the standard Express Payout fee of $2 per payout, which would otherwise apply. Each eligible seller is entitled to a maximum of three (3) free Express Payouts during the Promotion Period.
Unused Promotion Benefits:
Any unused free Express Payouts remaining at the end of the Promotion Period (after 11:59 PM PT on September 20, 2025) will be forfeited. Unused free Express Payouts do not roll over, accumulate, or have any cash or credit value.
Post-Promotion Fees:
After utilizing the allotted three (3) free Express Payouts or upon conclusion of the Promotion Period (whichever occurs first), the standard Express Payout fee of $2 per transaction will apply thereafter.

The Promotion is available only to invited sellers domiciled in the United States, with listings on eBay.com, subject to US laws, void where prohibited, not redeemable for cash, has no face value, and eBay may cancel, amend, or revoke the Promotion at any time, including in response to fraudulent activity.
