Returns
Many merchants have a return policy. General information about the merchant, including the merchant's return policy information, is usually found in the Merchant Information section on the right side of every item page or in the item description.
Contact the merchant
If you don't see return details on the item page or if you're still unsure about the return policy, you can contact the merchant directly for more information before you order.
To contact the merchant before you buy an item:
  1. Click the Merchant ID under the Merchant Information section on the item page.
  2. Click the "Contact this merchant" link.
  3. Select a subject for your email from the drop-down menu, and enter your question.
  4. Click the Send button to send your email to the merchant.
If you'd like to return an item that you've already purchased, you should follow the merchant's return policy. If you have questions about returning the item, you can contact the merchant.
To contact the merchant after you've bought an item:
  1. Click the "Your Account" link at the top of most pages.
  2. Click the "View Order Details" link in the Order History section.
  3. Click the "Contact Merchant" link to send the merchant an email.
Free Buyer Protection with every purchase
If you don’t receive an item, or if the item is different than what was advertised on eBay Express, we offer a Buyer Protection policy, which covers the full purchase amount including shipping. See conditions for eligibility.
To file a dispute or return an item:
  1. Allow 10 days for your purchase to arrive. Keep in mind that if you order items from more than one merchant, your items may arrive on different days.
  2. Contact the merchant if you’re not satisfied with an item. Contacting the merchant directly is the best way to get a speedy resolution to your problem.
  3. If it’s been 10 or more days since you purchased the item, or you’ve contacted the merchant and your issue is not resolved, you can file a dispute.
If you don’t receive your item or if your item is different from what was advertised:
  1. Click the "Your Account" link at the top of most pages.
  2. Click the "View Order Details" link in the Order History section.
  3. Click the "Get Help" link.
  4. Click the File a Dispute button.

All Buyer Protection disputes are handled by PayPal, an eBay company. You need a PayPal account to receive your refund. If you don’t already have one, you can get one quickly and easily for free. Every attempt will be made to resolve your dispute within 30 days. Most disputes are resolved faster.
