Direct Pay Authorization: By entering my User ID and password during the seller account creation process, I intend and consent to their use as an electronic signature, equivalent to my handwritten signature as provided under applicable federal and state law. This electronic signature shall only apply to these Terms and Conditions. By selecting, "With Checking Account" below, I hereby authorize eBay to initiate debit entries to my checking account indicated, from the financial institution named on the previous screen, membership and usage fees that I incur or have incurred on my account since my last billing date. This will also include any balance, which may presently be outstanding on my account.

I understand that I am responsible for all seller fees in conjunction with my eBay account by me or other authorized users, and I authorize monthly deductions from my account for such fees. I understand that debit amounts may vary from month to month. I agree that notices related to this authorization and account debits may be sent to me via e-mail. Should eBay be unable to collect fees from the financial institution named on the previous screen, I authorize eBay to charge my credit card if it has been placed on file at eBay.

I acknowledge that the origination of eBay Direct Pay transactions to my/our account must comply with the provisions of U.S. Law.

eBay will charge my account a $15 fee for all returned items from the named financial institution. If I do not have a credit card on file at eBay I may be subject to a monthly finance charge on any outstanding overdue balance of 1.5% or the highest amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.

This authorization to perform monthly debts to my checking account will remain in full force and effect until eBay has received notification from me of its termination in such time and in such manner as to afford eBay and my financial institution a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
