Coupon Terms & Conditions

How to redeem your coupon:

  • Simply make an eligible purchase* on eBay.com.
  • Enter the coupon code in the redemption code field.
  • This coupon is valid when you pay using any of the available online payment methods by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on the coupon end date.

*The detailed coupon Terms and Conditions, including exclusions are set out below. The coupon code, the end date of the coupon, the discount which applies to the coupon and, if applicable, the minimum Purchase Price and the maximum discount, will be specified in the voucher section of your 'My eBay' account.

Who’s eligible for the coupon?

  • Only invited, registered eBay users who can see the coupon on eBay are eligible.
  • The coupon is linked to your eBay User ID and can only be used for purchases made using your account with the same User ID. The transactions must be completed with the eBay User ID specified in the invitation email in order to redeem the coupon voucher.

Eligible purchases

  • The coupon code, the end date of the coupon, the discount which applies to the coupon and, if applicable, the minimum purchase price, the maximum discount, and any other additional restrictions and/or exclusions are set out on the coupon and can be found in the voucher section of your 'My eBay' summary page.
  • The coupon can be used from the date you receive the coupon until 11:59 PM Pacific Time on the end date, unless cancelled earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • The coupon can only be used once, unless otherwise stated on the coupon. Multiple items can be purchased in one transaction (up to a maximum of 10 items per transaction) up to the maximum discount amount (if applicable). Any unused difference between the actual discount claimed and the maximum discount amount will be forfeited.
  • The coupon cannot be used for items from the Car and Trucks (6001), Motorcycles (6024), Other vehicles & Trailers (6038), Boats (26429), Powersports (66466), Coins & Paper Money (1116), Real Estate (10542), Gift Cards and Coupons (172008), Gift Cards (172009), eBay Gift Cards (172036), Gift Certificates (31411), Digital Gifts (176950), Coupons (172010), Warranties & Insurance (175815) categories.The coupon itself may also state further restrictions on the categories or items that it can be used for. These restrictions will be clearly mentioned on the coupon.
  • The coupon cannot be combined with any other coupon, site discount, rebate, offer, gift coupon, or other promotion.

Eligible payment methods

  • This coupon is valid when you pay using any of the available online payment methods. 

No cash value

  • The coupon has no cash value and cannot be transferred, forwarded, or exchanged.
  • If you become entitled to receive a refund for an item purchased using the coupon, the amount of refund payable to you will not include the coupon or its redemption value.

Does not apply to shipping

  • The discount applies to the purchase price for the item excluding any shipping, handling, and taxes.

General

  • All purchases made using the coupon must otherwise comply with eBay’s User Agreement and policies.
  • eBay may revoke, change, or cancel the coupon or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
  • The coupon is subject to U.S. laws and is void where prohibited.
