Why do some listings say “Item Condition: Part on vehicle”?
"Item Condition: Used - Part on Vehicle” means the part is shown attached to the donor vehicle. The listing would include a short note explaining the part would be dismantled or removed only after the transaction. Only after passing the seller's quality check will it be shipped to the buyer.

Where can I see who graded the part?
