If I participate in the Promotion and meet the qualifications, what Final Value Fees will I be charged on items that I sell during the Promotion Period?
The first 25 items sold during the duration of the promo in the Qualifying Categories will receive a 100% Final Value Fee discount. All other fees, including insertion fees, international fees, and optional listing upgrade fees will not be eligible for the Promotion.

When are Final Value Fees charged?
Final Value Fees are charged upon the completion of a sale. eBay deducts fees and selling costs associated with your sales from your funds prior to payout.

How do Final Value Fees relate to Authenticity Guarantee?
They are not related. eBay’s Authenticity Guarantee is a service designed to protect sellers and allow buyers to shop with confidence, without any additional cost. Our expert authenticators physically inspect all eligible items before they are shipped to buyers. They also inspect all returns prior to sending them back to sellers. For Authenticity Guarantee-eligible items, the eBay shipping fee and taxes associated with it are not subject to final value fees or eBay Ads fees. Can I sell through an Auction or Buy It Now listing?
Both Auction and Buy It Now listings are eligible for the Promotion. Best Offers can be accepted. Listings must sell and be paid for by the end of the Promotion Period, which is March 31, 2026 at 23:59:59 PST.

What if I sell an item but do not get payment until after the Promotion ends?
All items must be sold and paid for before the completion of the Promotion in order to be eligible. If the item has only been sold, but payment is not received, before the end of the Promotion Period, then the sale will not qualify for the Promotion. 

 

Invited Members (“Members”) who complete a sale within Qualifying Categories during the Promotion Period will receive waived Final Value Fees on first 25 sold items (the “Promotion”). The Promotion will apply to Final Value Fees only; all other fees, including insertion fees, international fees, and optional listing upgrade fees will not be eligible. Who’s eligible?
The Promotion is only available to Members who (i) were invited by eBay (or its partner) to participate in the Promotion by way of an email, ‘My eBay’ message, banner, or event participation, and (ii) eBay seller standard is above Below Standard. In order to be eligible, all Members’ registered country of residence on www.ebay.com must be within the United States.

What are the Qualifying Categories?
The below represent the “Qualifying Categories” eligible for the Promotion:

• Clothing, Shoes & Accessories
• Home Décor
• Jewelry & Watches

When is the Promotion Period?
The Promotion Period will begin on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026 at 00:00:01 PST (00:00 AM plus one second), and will end on Tuesday, March 31st, 2026 at 23:59:59 PST (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds) (the “Promotion Period”).

*Restrictions & Exclusions
• The Promotion excludes listings created after — or scheduled to start after — the Promotion Period. Listings created prior to the start of the Promotion Period are eligible.
• Listings that do not sell and are not paid for before the end of the Promotion Period will not qualify for the Promotion.
• All listings must comply with all applicable eBay policies, including eBay’s Duplicate Listing policy.
•The Promotion is only valid for listings on the US site at www.ebay.com.
• Fees for optional listing upgrades (such as reserve price, subtitle, Gallery Plus, listing in two categories, etc.) still apply. Please note: Not all features are available in all listing flows.
• All existing selling limits on your account (as well as category and item limits) still apply and may prevent you from creating the maximum number of listings in this Promotion.

Promotion is subject to U.S laws, void where prohibited, not redeemable for cash, has no face value, and cannot be combined with any other Final Value Fee offer. eBay may cancel, amend, or revoke the Promotion at any time, including in response to fraudulent activity.
