| "Griff," as he is popularly known, has been the foremost education expert on eBay since 1996 when he was invited to join the company as its first customer support representative. For the past three years in his role as both eBay ambassador and instructor, Griff has been traveling around the country leading eBay University seminars and attending community gatherings on how to buy and sell on eBay.
With his intimate knowledge of every aspect of eBay, Griff educates people on everything from basic search tips to growing a serious business on eBay. Most importantly, he makes learning eBay fun and easy.
Using plain English and a sense of humor to put his audiences at ease, Griff can teach anyone-timid computer novice or long-time eBay seller alike-how to make their eBay searching, shopping and selling more effective.
Griff has shared his eBay expertise with audiences across the country. In addition to presenting at dozens of eBay University events, he's made more than 100 local and national television and radio appearances.

In Spring 2000, Steve began working at eBay’s San Jose Headquarters as eBay’s Advertising Operations Manager.
In Feb. 2002 he was invited to become one of only six contracted eBay University Instructors. Since then he’s traveled to all parts of the U.S. and taught thousands how to use eBay for personal and business income through lectures and individual instruction.
Having a life-long love for cars, Steve was thrilled to be chosen as the sole outside instructor for eBay University for Motors. With personal experience in auto sales, he is able to effectively teach auto dealers to use eBay Motors as an additional sales channel. Steve continues to offer a Motors course for dealers, keeping the information fresh and up to date.
He currently offers group and individual instruction as an Education Specialist.

Peggy Pattavina has been a PayPal employee since August 2003. In that time, she has been active in a variety of roles for the company ranging from customer service, to Executive Escalations, which provides assistance to PayPal users with unique and proactive solutions to concerns in the marketplace and is now a Community Education Specialist. Peggy devotes additional time to planning corporate events and assists in running fundraisers for the local communities.
Peggy’s shopping habits on eBay looking for shoes and purses has helped her take the knowledge she knows about eBay and has turned it in to educating other eBay customer’s on how to use the system to work for them.

| Since 1995, Catherine Seda has been helping companies grow their business using Internet marketing. As a columnist for Entrepreneur magazine and conference speaker, she teaches non-techie tips on search engine optimization, pay-per-click, link building, e-mail, affiliate marketing, web copywriting, and tracking results. Catherine is also a skeleton school survivor. Skeleton is a sport for insane people who race down the bobsled track head first on a sled at 70-80 mph.
