This promotion ran by Skype Communications Sarl ("Skype") is subject to the following terms and conditions. Through participating in this promotion all participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you can not agree to the terms and conditions stated herein, do not participate in this promotion.
- This promotion is open to all users of Skype software. Skype reserves the right to verify the eligibility of users. This promotion is not open to residents of Canada.
- This promotion shall be available from March 6th 2006 until March 17th 2006. Skype reserves the right to either extend or shorten the promotional period or to suspend, change or cancel the promotion at any time.
- Skype software users can participate in the promotion through entering their Skype user name in the promotion webpage. Out of all participants, 200 will win a Logitech QuickCam Fusion webcam, Please note that the prize is subject to availability, and Skype reserves the right to change the prize. Skype shall notify the winners over Skype software.
- Any data collected and use thereof shall be subject to Skype's Privacy Policy.
- Skype shall not be liable in contract or tort (including negligence) or breach of statutory duty or in any other way, for any loss or damage arising suffered by the participant resulting directly or indirectly from this promotion, to the extent allowed under applicable law.
- Skype reminds participants of the nature and limitations of the Internet and is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software that may affect access to the promotion.
- Although Skype will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all information relating to the promotion is accurate, Skype will not be responsible for any inaccuracies found therein.
- If Skype has suspicions or knowledge that any participant has misused the promotion or been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity relating thereto, Skype reserves the right to exclude participants from this promotion at any time and at its sole discretion.
