I have never opened a Store before. What discounts will I get if I sign up after August 2?
If you sign up for a Featured Store after August 2, you will get a one month free trial. If you continue to be a paying Featured Store subscriber through September, you will receive the remaining days of September at the 50% off rate. For example, if you sign up for Featured Store on August 12 and you have never opened a Store before, you will receive a free trial through September 12. The remaining days of September 13-September 30 will be pro-rated at 50% off.

I have never opened a Store before. What discounts will I get if I sign up after September 1?
Stores that open at the Featured level after September 1 will receive the normal 30 day FREE trial and will not receive the 50%-off discount for the month of September. The 50%-off discount applys only to the month of September for existing Featured Stores or Upgraded Stores. Discount will not be extended if you open your Featured Store during the Promotional Period.

What discounts will I get if I am already a Featured Store seller?
If you are a paying Featured Store subscriber during the month of September, you will automatically receive 50% off your September subscription fee. Depending on when you receive your monthly bill, Featured Store sellers will begin seeing this discount on their invoices beginning with the August 15 billing cycle.

I am a Basic Store seller. What discounts will I get if I upgrade to a Featured Store?
If you upgrade to a Featured Store by August 31 and are a paying Featured Store subscriber through the month of September, you will receive 50% off the Featured Store subscription fee ($24.97 instead of $49.95) for September. If you upgrade after August 31 and continue to be a paying Featured Store subscriber through the month of September, you will receive a credit for any unused portion of your Basic Store subscription and be billed for any remaining days of September at the 50% off rate for your Featured Store subscription.

I am eligible for this promotion and I don't see a credit on my invoice. Why not?
The 50% off rate for your Featured Store in September will not show up as a credit on your invoice. Instead, it will appear as charge, but at the lower rate equivalent to $24.97 for the month of September.
