Instructions:
  1. Once the HTML below is generated, hit "Ctrl-C" on your keyboard to copy the HTML
  2. Go to the "Manage your Store" form
  3. Click 'Display Settings' on the left side of the page
  4. Scroll down to the "Additional Store header information" section
  5. Click the radial button to add "Yes, include additional information in my header.
  6. Click the View/Edit HTML check box
