| For Auction-style and Fixed Price listings, the fee for Border and Subtitle will be free when you offer free domestic shipping on your listings. This promotion is only applicable to listings on the U.S. www.eBay.com site.
Please note: You must select Border and/or Subtitle when you list your item to receive the promotional offer. These features will not automatically be selected for you.The first Shipping field must be set to $0.00. (See below for more details.) For sellers listing with any tool other than the new version of the Sell Your Item form, the promotional price will not be shown during the listing process. The discount will still be given at the time of listing but only reflected in view account status, as well as in the invoice.
Listings created prior to November 28, 2006 that are scheduled to start during the promotional period November 28-30, 2006 will be eligible to receive the promotional rate.

| How do I qualify? |

Eligible members include all users listing on ebay.com and who offer a free domestic shipping service within their postal options. Specifically, the following criteria need to be met:
• Domestic Postage needs to be set to 'Flat: Same cost to all buyers'
• Postage: The first domestic postage service needs to be specified - either '0' needs to be entered into the first $ field or the "Free Shipping" check box needs to be selected
• Insurance must either not be required or have its cost set to zero
• Postage service should not be "Local Delivery/Pick Up or "Other"
• If the listing is a multiple item listing, the shipping cost for additional items must also be zero

| What is excluded? |

| This promotion will not apply to the following types of listings: All eBay Motors listings (including Parts & Accessories, Passenger Vehicles, Motorcycles, Power Sports, Other Vehicles), International, Live Auction, Professional Services, Real Estate, Ad Format and Store Inventory listings.
The promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to November 28, 2006 - including those listings revised during the promotional period and those scheduled to start after the promotion ends.
