Here are the changes and benefits: Browse and Search are complementary tools, so these buttons will be next to each other for easy usage   " Sign In," " Sign Out" and "Register" links will be customized according to your current activity   My eBay will be a button in the Navigation Bar instead of a link. This will ensure more people will be able to easily find and use My eBay   Services will be placed at the top as a link   Help will be the last link in the right corner. This location is expected to be more visible to members, especially the new design   An IBM logo indicates the partnership between eBay and IBM The overall new design will also download more quickly than the current one.
