  • Check the holiday hotlist to find this year's most in-demand products and stock up.
  • Get free boxes and envelopes from USPS Shipping zone. UPS shippers can get free packaging for air shipments, self-adhesive labels and more.
  • Go to eBay.com to find everything you need for your holiday fulfillment center.
• Set buyer expectations by clearly describing your items and specifying shipping and returns policies in your listings.
• Offer free shipping and an expedited shipping option. Get 20% off Final Value Fees Thanksgiving Day through Christmas Day for all your transactions with a free expedited shipping service with 1-day handling.
• Offer a generous return policy: During the holidays allow enough time for gift recipients to sort through their holiday goodies and return items to you—at least 14 days, or ideally 30 days after Christmas.
• Process orders quickly. Ship within 1 day of receiving payment. Pay for postage and print labels on eBay—you can now print labels for multiple orders at once with eBay label printing.
• Arrange for carrier pick-up. Use USPS Carrier Pickup for your Express Mail, Priority Mail and International packages at no charge. Check on the package pickup options from UPS. Visit the Shipping Center for more details.
• Provide shipment tracking and delivery information. eBay label printing automatically uploads tracking and delivery confirmation numbers to your My eBay page, and you can set it up to have delivery emails sent to buyers automatically. • Give prompt customer service. Always respond to buyer questions within two business days. Use eBay member-to-member email—this protects you by documenting your communications with eBay in the event of a dispute.
