Bulk edit listings with multiple variations and compatibility information

Starting June 1, enhancements to eBay File Exchange will allow you to create, revise, relist and end listings with multiple variations such as color and size in bulk. You will also be able to add make and model compatibility information in bulk for Motors Parts & Accessories listings.

FREE eBay File Exchange
eBay File Exchange is a free advanced selling management tool that enables mid to high-volume sellers to load and manage their inventory on eBay easily and efficiently. Sellers can upload flat files which create new listings, relist ended listings, end current listings, or edit existing listings. File Exchange also provides basic post-sale management such as downloading sold item reports or leaving feedback.

Create, revise, relist with ease
With eBay File Exchange you can:
  • Create, revise and relist, and end listings in bulk from Excel or CSV files
  • Download active listings and sales reports in a flat file format for importing in your own software package
  • Leave feedback in bulk
  • Download file templates for any category, including columns for item specifics. Use the template to create your listings and upload to eBay.
Starting in June supports listings with variations
Starting June 1, File Exchange will begin supporting bulk editing of more listing formats than ever before. This includes:
  • Listings with variations
  • Parts compatibility listings in Motors Parts & Accessories
  • Enhanced support for listings with catalog information, identified by UPC, ISBN, or ePID as well as ticket event details
