Payment and Fulfillment
Once your listing ends, all communications regarding payment and shipping are between you and the buyer. You should contact the buyer within three days after the listing closes. Remember that buyers and sellers provide feedback on each transaction, and it is important to be responsive and provide good service to build a strong reputation on eBay.

You can find helpful information at the Shipping Center or the Packaging and Shipping Discussion Board.
In the unlikely event the buyer does not send payment, you can file a non-paying bidder alert and request a final value fee credit from eBay to your account.
Donation Collection
After the auction closes, you are invited to make your contribution through the MissionFish payment interface. If you have not made your contribution by the second Monday following the successful close of your listing, MissionFish will charge your credit card for the designated amount. For example:

When MissionFish collects the donation amount from the seller, they will hold it in an account to ensure the finality of the transaction prior to forwarding the net funds to the specified nonprofit. On the 20th of the second month after the donation has been collected, MissionFish will send the donation to the nonprofit via electronic funds transfer and simultaneously receipt you for the donation amount for your tax records. A summary of your giving for the year can be found in your MissionFish account.
