  What are the changes to Picture Show?
Picture Show will be offered as a free optional feature.

   When will the changes become effective?
New Picture Show fees will become effective as of 00:00 PT on February 22, 2006. Listings that begin on or after 00:00 PT on February 22, 2006, will be charged the new fees, regardless of when they were created (e.g. through a listing tool or through the Sell Your Item form using the listing scheduler feature).

  How do I add Picture Show to my listings?
You can add Picture Show in the Sell Your Item form where you normally select Listing Upgrade Features.    Picture Show can also be added through most Seller Tools or through your third party applications.

  Is Picture Show Free for Motors Non-Vehicles (Parts & Accessories)?
Picture Show will now be free for Parts & Accessories listings. The Picture Show Fee for eBay Motors vehicle listings will remain $1.00.

  When will the changes become effective?
New reserve fees will become effective as of 00:00 PT on February 22, 2006.   What formats and categories are included?
Auction-style listings including those with the Buy it Now listing upgrade on eBay.com and eBay Motors Non-vehicles (Parts & Accessories) and Business and Industrial Non-Capital Equipment listings.

  What formats and categories are excluded?
Fixed Price, Ad Format, Motors vehicles, Store Inventory listings and Business & Industrial Capital Equipment listings.

Business & Industrial Capital Equipment Categories include:
Tractors & farm machinery (91952), heavy equipment (25249), concession trailers, carts (67145), imaging and aesthetics equipment (92035), forklifts and other lifts (97185), manufacturing equipment (92080), metalworking equipment (92082) and commercial printing presses (26247).

  How will the Reserve cap affect my listings?
Currently, when a Reserve price is set above $200, the seller is charged 1% of that Reserve price up to $100. The new price structure will cap the 1% Reserve fee at $50. As always, if the item is successfully sold, the Reserve fee is fully refunded.
