In order for a listing to qualify for the Promotional Rate, the listing must be all of the following:
The Promotional Rate will apply only to items sold during the Promotion Period (includes existing, new, revised or relisted listings). The Promotional Rate will not apply to listings that start, or items that sell, after the Promotion Period.
Example: If you list an item on May 31 and the item sells prior to 11:59.59pm PT on May 31, the listing will qualify for the additional 5% discount if the above requirements are met. If you list an item on May 31 and the item sells after 11:59:59pm PT on May 31, the listing would not be eligible for the Promotional Rate (regardless of when the item was listed).
The Promotional Rate will be applied at the time of sale on a listing-by-listing basis.
*Listings created on eBay Canada also qualify for this Promotional Rate if the Canadian seller meets current US Top-rated seller criteria.
If you lose Top-rated seller status during the Promotion Period, you will no longer be eligible to receive the 5% promotional discount or the current Top-rated seller discount. Check your Seller Dashboard for your current standing.
If you have items that sell prior to the evaluation cycle where your Top-rated seller status is removed, you would still receive the 5% discount on qualifying items.
Example: You lose your Top-rated seller status on April 20 and your billing cycle is at the beginning of the month, you would still receive the 5% discount on qualifying items that sold from April 1-20. If your billing cycle is in the middle of the month, you would still receive the 5% discount on qualifying items that sold from March 15 - April 20.
