Starting Wednesday, July 14, 2004 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second on July 14, 2004) and ending that same day, July 14, 2004 at 23:59:59 PT (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds).
What are the fees?
The Gallery fee for Auction-style listings, Fixed Price listings, Real Estate listings (those that will run for less than or equal to 30 days) will be $0.01 on the U.S. site (www.ebay.com). This includes listings created prior to July 14, 2004 and scheduled to start during the promotional period.

All other fees (Insertion Fees, Final Value Fees, all other optional listing upgrade fees**) will still be charged. If you choose to List in 2 Categories and select the Gallery option, the Gallery fee will be $0.02 plus double any insertion fees.
What is excluded?
eBay Motors vehicles and non-vehicles, Live Auction, International, Professional Services and Stores Inventory listings are excluded from Penny Gallery Day. The promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to July 14, 2004 - including those listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created July 14, 2004 but scheduled to start after the promotion ends.
