Please see the chart below for details. Listings created prior to July 12, 2005 that are scheduled to start during the promotional period July 12 - 13, 2005 will be eligible to receive the promotional rate.

What is excluded? |

The promotional fee for Subtitle will be excluded on eBay Motors vehicles, International, Live Auction, Professional Services, and Store Inventory listings.
The promotional rate does not apply to listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created during the promotion July 12-13, 2005, but scheduled to start after July 13, 2005.
