Listings created prior to September 26, 2006 that are scheduled to start during the promotional period September 26-27, 2006 will be eligible to receive the promotional rate. Since the Value Pack bundle includes Subtitle, please note the fee for Value Pack will be discounted at 46¢ (Reg. 65¢) to reflect the promotional rate.
