What are the fees?
For Auction-style, Fixed Price, Ad Format listings (those that will run for less than or equal to 30 days) the fee for Subtitle, Listing Designer and Gift Services will be $0.01 on the U.S. www.eBay.com site. Please see chart below for details. Listings created prior to May 23, 2006 that are scheduled to start during the promotional period May 23-24, 2006 will be eligible to receive the promotional rate.
