Note: Gift Services not applicable to Motors Parts & Accessories. Please see the chart below for details. Listings created prior to November 15, 2005 that are scheduled to start during the promotional period November 15 - November 16, 2005 will be eligible to receive the promotional rate.

The promotional rate does not apply to listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created during the promotion November 15 - November 16, 2005, but scheduled to start after November 16, 2005.
