For regular auction-style, Fixed Price and Real Estate listings, the fee for Home Page Featured will be 60% off on the U.S. site (www.ebay.com). Please see the chart below for details. Listings created prior to November 19, 2003 that are scheduled to start during the promotional period November 19 -January 31, 2004 will be eligible to receive the promotional rate.
All other fees (Insertion Fees, Final Value Fees and all other listing upgrade fees*) will still be charged.

The promotional fee for Home Page Featured will be excluded on eBay Motors vehicles and non-vehicles, International, Live Auction, Professional Services, and Stores Inventory listings. Some restrictions and feedback requirements apply to list with Home Page Featured; please click here for details.
The promotional rate does not apply to listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created during the promotion November 19 - January 31, 2004, but scheduled to start after January 31, 2004.
