What is the promotion?
Invited sellers ("sellers") who have successfully enrolled in the Global Shipping Program ("GSP" or "Program") and list or revise a listing selecting GSP as their International shipping option in the Fixed Price, Auction style, or Auction style plus Buy It Now listing formats, will pay 50% of Final Value Fees ("Promotional Rate") for each item sold to a buyer using GSP during the Promotion period as defined below.
Who's eligible?
This Promotion is available by invitation only. Sellers that qualify for participation will have received an email, and/or a message in My eBay. Invited sellers must have successfully enrolled in the Global Shipping Program ("GSP" or "Program"). The Promotion is then activated with the seller's qualifying eBay User ID on new or revised listings where GSP is selected. The Promotion is for invited sellers only and is not transferable.
When is it?
This Promotion will begin on Monday, April 8, 2013, at 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second), and will end on Wednesday, May 15, 2013, at 23:59:59 PT (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds), for listings on www.ebay.com (the "Promotion Period").
How do I get the Promotional Rate?
This Promotion is available by invitation only. You will receive the Promotional Rate when you enroll in the Global Shipping Program and list an eligible item or revise a listing selecting GSP as your International shipping option, and the item sells to a buyer located in a GSP supported country or the receiver of the GSP sold item is located in a GSP supported country. The Promotional Rate will only apply if the item sells via GSP and the Buyer completes check out during the Promotional Period.

  • This Promotion will only apply to the first 50,000 items that are sold with GSP, including items in multi-quantity listings on the U.S. site, www.ebay.com, or eBay Motors at www.eBayMotors.com (Parts & Accessories only).
  • The Promotion only applies to your Final Value Fee calculated on the item price and excludes the fee assessed to the cost of the domestic shipping.
  • This Promotion does not apply to items in GSP restricted categories.
  • This Promotion does not apply to the following: eBay Motors Passenger Vehicles, Motorcycles, Boats, Power Sports, Other Vehicles, Motors Local Market, Professional Services, Real Estate, Classified Ad listings. The following business and industrial categories are excluded: Tractors (160935), Tractors & Farm Machinery (91952), Antique Tractors & Equipment (45009), Heavy Equipment (25249), Heavy Equipment (177641), Concession Trailers & Carts (67145), Imaging & Aesthetics Equipment (92036), Forklifts & Other Lifts (97185), Manufacturing Equipment (92080), Metalworking Equipment (92082), and Commercial Printing Presses (26247).
  • Insertion Fees and other fees for optional features (such as Reserve Price, Subtitle, Gallery Plus, 10-day listings upgrade fee, listing in 2 categories, etc.) will still apply.
  • Only sellers whose accounts meet eBay's minimum seller performance standards are eligible. Please sign in to My eBay and view your Seller Dashboard to verify whether your account is currently meeting the standards. If you have received fewer than 10 detailed seller ratings from buyers, this information will not appear in My eBay; however, you will receive email notification if your account falls below the minimum performance standards.   • All existing selling limits on your account (as well as category and item limits) still apply, and may exclude and prevent you from creating the maximum number of listings in this Promotion.
  • All listings must comply with eBay policies, including eBay's Duplicate Listing policy that allows for the removal of duplicate Auction-style listings.
  • The Promotional Rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to Monday, April 8, 2013, including those listings revised during the Promotion Period. Additionally, the Promotional Rate will not apply to listings scheduled to start after the Promotion Period. Listings created prior to Monday, April 8 2013, which are scheduled to start during the Promotion Period, will be eligible to receive the Promotional Rate.
What are the fees?

During the Promotion Period, you will get 50% off Final Value Fees for each item listed, revised and sold with GSP in the Fixed Price, Auction style, or Auction style plus Buy It Now listing formats on the US site, www.ebay.com, including in the Parts & Accessories category, as reflected in the fee table below. All listings created prior to April 8, 2013, and scheduled to start during the Promotion Period, will be eligible to receive the Promotional Rate. Insertion Fees and other fees for optional features (such as, Reserve Price, Subtitle, Gallery Plus, 10-day listings upgrade fee, listing in 2 categories, etc.) will still apply. Any applicable PayPal fees will still apply.

When will I see the Promotion credit?
If your item qualifies for the Promotion, a 50% Final Value Fee discount will be applied to your account during the following billing cycle after your item is sold and checkout is completed by your Buyer.

For Sellers on the 1st of month invoicing:
  1. For items sold from April 8, 2013—May 15, 2013, credits will be processed by May 31, 2013, and appear on the June 1, 2013 invoice.
For Sellers on the 16th of month invoicing:
  1. 1. For items sold from April 8, 2013—May 15, 2013, credits will be processed by May 31, 2013, and appear on the June 16, 2013 invoice.
