    What is it?
    From April 6 through April 11, sellers who list Auction-style or Fixed Price item(s), and have a 12 month Detailed Seller Rating of 4.5 or higher on all criteria, will receive 50% off the standard Insertion Fee per item listed when they list with eBay Giving Works. New sellers who don't yet have DSR ratings are also eligible. DSR rating criteria for this promotion will be based on the previous 12 months. To see your DSR ratings, go to your Seller Dashboard within My eBay. The promotion starts Tuesday, April 6, 2010, between 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second on Tuesday, April 6, 2010) and ends Sunday April 11, 2010, at 23:59:59 PT (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds) (the "Promotional Period").

    What are the fees?
    During the Promotional Period, Insertion Fees for Auction-style listings and Fixed Price listings will be 50% off when you commit to give 10% or $1 (whichever is greater) to a certified nonprofit. The Promotional Rate applies to listings on the U.S. site www.ebay.com and provides discounts as reflected in the fee table below. Listings created prior to April 6, 2010 which are scheduled to start during the Promotional Period will be eligible to receive the Promotional Rate.

    The eBay Giving Works Fee Credit program will continue to provide Final Value Fee credits on successful listings through the duration of the promotion. The Insertion Fee credit will be replaced by this 50% promotion offer.

    How do I participate?
    Look for the "Donate percentage of sale" area in the Pictures & Details section of the Sell Your Item form on eBay. Click the "Add" link to select a nonprofit organization and pick a percentage of your final sale price that you would like to donate. Please note that if your item sells, a donation of at least 10% or $1 (whichever is greater) is required.

    If this is your first eBay Giving Works listing, you will be prompted to accept the eBay Giving Works Terms & Conditions.

    What is excluded?
    The Promotional Rate does not apply to the following listing types: eBay Motors Passenger Vehicles, Parts & Accessories, Motorcycles, Power Sports, Other Vehicles, Motors Local Market, International, Live Auction, Professional Services, Real Estate, Classified Ads. The following business and industrial categories are excluded: Tractors & Farm Machinery (91952), Heavy Equipment (25249), Concession Trailers & Carts (67145), Imaging & Aesthetics Equipment (92036), Forklifts & Other Lifts (97185), Manufacturing Equipment (92080), Metalworking Equipment (92082), and Commercial Printing Presses (26247).

    The Promotional Rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to April 6, 2010 or those listings that are revised in any way during the Promotional Period. Additionally, the Promotional Rate will not apply to listings scheduled to start after the Promotional Period.

    How do I get the Promotional Rate?
    You will automatically receive the Promotional Rate when you list with eBay Giving Works in Fixed Price and Auction-style through Sell Your Item Form, eBay Seller Tools, and most third-party tools.
