| What are the fees? |
All insertion fees for Fixed Price listings will be 50% off on the U.S. Site (www.ebay.com) and on eBay Motors Non-Vehicles listings. In addition, the Buy It Now option on Auction-Style listings will also be free ($0.00) on the U.S. Site (www.ebay.com) and on eBay Motors Non-Vehicles listings. This includes listings created prior to June 19, 2003 that are scheduled to start during the promotional period on June 19-20, 2003. There will still be a 10 cent fee for extended 10-day listing. Please see chart below for complete details.
Feedback requirements apply to list in the Fixed Price Format and Buy It Now on Auction-Style listings.

| What is excluded? |
Auction-Style, Real Estate, Motors Vehicles, Ad Format, Live Auction, International, Professional Services and Store Inventory listings are excluded. Fixed Price listings created during the promotion on June 19-20, 2003, but scheduled to start after June 20, 2003 will also be excluded.
All Insertion Fees for other listing formats, Final Value Fees and all other optional listing upgrades* will still be charged.

For Fixed Price Multiple Quantity Listings:
The 50% off Insertion Fee is based upon the Opening Value of the items you list for sale. The Opening Value is the fixed item price multiplied by the quantity of items you offer. (Example: If you had 10 items for sale at price of $6.00 each, the opening value would = $60.00. The 50% Off Insertion Fee would = $1.10 based on the chart above. The maximum insertion fee for Fixed Price Multiple Item Listing during the two-day sale will be $1.65.
