Any eBay member who has never listed any item for sale on eBay. This offer is for first-time sellers only. Only your first three listings will be eligible.
| How do I get my free listing? |
|
Go to eBay click the "Start Selling Now" button located at the top of this page and register to sell on eBay. Next, create a listing for your item during the promotional period January 9-13, 2007. eBay members who meet the eligibility requirement listed above will receive up to three insertion fees PLUS members can add the Gallery upgrade to all three qualifying listings for free. PLEASE NOTE: For sellers listing with any tool other than the new version of the Sell Your Item form (SYI 3.0), the promotional price will not be shown during the listing process. Instead the discount will be reflected in view account status, as well as in the invoice.

For Auction-style and Fixed Price listings on eBay.com, the insertion fees for the first 3 listings will be waived. In addition, if you choose the Gallery option you will receive this feature for free as well (up to 3). All other fees (Final Value Fees and all other optional listing upgrade fees*) will still be charged.Please note: the Value Pack feature will be discounted to $0.30 to reflect the discounted Gallery offer.

The promotion will not apply to all eBay Motors listings (including Parts & Accessories, Passenger Vehicles, Motorcycles, Power Sports, Other Vehicles), International, Live Auction, Real Estate, Ad Format, Professional Services, and Store Inventory listings. The following business and industrial categories are excluded from the promotion: tractors & farm machinery (91952), heavy equipment (25249), concession trailers, carts (67145), imaging and aesthetics equipment (92035), forklifts and other lifts (97185), manufacturing equipment (92080), metalworking equipment (92082) and commercial printing presses (26247).
The promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to January 9, 2007 - including those listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created during the promotional period January 9-13, 2007 and scheduled to start after the promotion ends January 13, 2007.
* Optional Listing Upgrade Fees: Bold, Border, Buy It Now, Featured Plus!, Highlight, Bold, Home Page Featured, Gallery Featured, Gift Services, Reserve listing fee, Listing Designer, Picture Services, Subtitle, Picture Show, Supersize Picture, extended duration surcharges.
