When is it?
Double Anything Points will apply to listings offering points which are active during the period starting Monday, November 1, 2004 at 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second on November 1, 2004) and ending at 23:59:59 PT on Tuesday, November 30, 2004 (11:59 PM on November 30, 2004 plus 59 seconds) and they will be rewarded to buyers who use PayPal to pay for the items in those listings by 23:59:59 PT on Tuesday, November 30, 2004.
What are the fees for the Points?
$0.01 USD x Points per dollar you offer x closing price of the item (1 point = $0.01 USD)
The points matched by eBay will not be charged to your account. You are only billed for the Points you offer when the buyer successfully pays with PayPal and those fees will be added to your monthly eBay Account Statement. If your item does not sell or if the buyer does not pay with PayPal, then no Points are earned by the buyer and you will not be charged for Points offered on the listing.
What is excluded?
Anything Points rewards may only be offered on eBay.com (US) listings where PayPal is selected as an accepted payment method. eBay will not match points offered on listings unless the buyer successfully pays with PayPal no later than 23:59:59 PT on November 30, 2004. Buyers who do not pay with PayPal will not receive any Points.
