What are the fees?
Auction-style and Fixed Price format listings which add the specified upgrade (please check the fee table below) qualify for the secondary upgrade specified at no additional charge. You must add the specified upgrades during the same listing session to receive your promotional credit.
Listing examples:
- Add Border to your listing at the regular price ($3.00) and include Subtitle at no additional charge
- Add Bold to your listing at the regular price ($1.00) and include Gallery at no additional charge

What is excluded?
eBay Motors vehicles, International, Live Auction, Real Estate Ad Format, Professional Services and Store Inventory listings. The promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to January 19, 2005 - including those listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created on January 19, 2005 and scheduled to start after the promotion ends on January 20, 2005.
