- Do I need to bid to play the game?
To play without a purchase, bid or obligation, hand print your name,
address, city, state, zip, e-mail address, day and evening phone numbers
and the words "eBay Bid, Play and Getaway" on a 3"x 5"
card and mail in a #10 envelope to: "eBay Bid, Play and Getaway",
P.O. Box 1063, Grand Rapids, MN 55745-1063. Limit of five (5) mail-in
online Game card requests per day, and each request must be mailed separately.
No mechanical reproductions permitted. Requests for game plays must
be postmarked by April 25, 2002 and received by May 2, 2002.

- Who may participate?
This promotion is open to all legal U.S. residents of the 48 contiguous
states and the District of Columbia, 18 years or older at time of entry.
Second Prize winners must be 21 years of age or older in order to claim
and receive their prize (note that Second Prize winners who do not satisfy
the age eligibility requirement will not receive a substitute prize).

Vacations, NLG (Vacation Outlet), bedandbreakfast.com and all their
respective subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers and advertising

- What are the prizes?
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: Fly Free for a Year provided
by Priceline.com. Winner will receive 12 tickets. All travel arrangements
must be made by Priceline.com. 21 days advance notice required. Airline
tickets must be booked by May 30, 2003. All travel must be completed
by June 30, 2003. Airline tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable
once trip is approved. Any and all cancelled tickets will count against
the total of twelve (12) tickets awarded. Flights will be to and/or
from the closest major airport, to be determined by Priceline.com. Unused
airline tickets have no cash value and cannot be extended. Travel valid
for travel only in the 48 contiguous states. Blackout dates apply and
are subject to change. System-wide blackout dates include November 26-December
2, 2002; December 20-December 31, 2002; January 1-January 5, 2003; February
15-23, 2003; April 18-21, 2003 and 3 days before to 3 days after any
Federal Holiday. City blackout dates include March 1-6, 2003 to/from
New Orleans; April 3-8, 2003 to/from New Orleans and January 23-27,
2003 to/from San Diego. Other restrictions apply. Complete terms and
conditions will be furnished with prize notification.
Five (5) First Prizes will be awarded: A trip for two (2) aboard
Carnival Cruise Lines. Winner gets choice of a three (3) night cruise
aboard Carnival Cruise Line's "Ecstasy" from Los Angeles to
the Mexican Baja or a three (3) night cruise aboard Carnival Cruise
Line's "Fascination" from Miami to the Bahamas. Travel is
valid between September 6, 2002 and December 20, 2002. Prize includes
category 6 outside stateroom accommodations for two (2), all meals,
entertainment, and port charges. Prize does not include airfare, any
applicable foreign taxes and fees, fuel surcharges, shore excursions,
beverages, and gratuities which are the responsibility of the winner.
This trip may not be changed, extended or exchanged for cash or any
other vacation. Upgrades are not available. Cruise fulfillment and cabin
selection is subject to availability at time of booking. Provided by
The Vacation Outlet which is a division of National Leisure Group, Inc.
Twenty five (25) Second Prizes will be awarded: Las Vegas vacation
package, provided by National Airlines Vacations. Round trip air transportation
for two (2) on National Airlines and a four-day/three-night stay at
an exciting Las Vegas hotel. Accommodations at the hotel are standard
double room occupancy. Travel dates are from May 5, 2002 through December
19, 2002. Reservations are based on availability and selection of hotel
is at the sole discretion of National Airlines Vacations. Airfare to
the nearest National Airlines gateway city is the sole responsibility
of the winner. National Airlines gateway cities are New York (JFK),
Newark, Philadelphia, Miami, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Los Angeles (LAX), San
Francisco, Seattle, and Chicago (ORD and MDW). Holiday, special events
and major convention periods are blacked out. Blackout dates vary by
hotel. Winners must be 21 years of age or older.
Fifteen (15) Third Prizes will be awarded: $150 gift certificate
for Bed & Breakfast provided by bedandbreakfast.com. Gift certificates
redeemable at nearly 2,000 bed and breakfasts and inns throughout the
United States. Certificates are valid one year from issue and may be
used at any time as long as the independent property restrictions are
met, meaning the winner must adhere to the minimum property stay requirements,
and cancellation requirements.
Two hundred (200) Fourth Prizes will be awarded: A one year or six-month
(as noted next to magazine title) subscription of the winner's choice
of one of the following magazines from Time, Inc.: Money (one year),
Real Simple (one year), Entertainment Weekly (six-months), Fortune (one
year), People (six-months), Sports Illustrated (six-months), InStyle
(one year), or SI For Kids (one year).

- How will I know if I've won?
If you are an instant winner, complete the entire prize address verification
form that will automatically appear on your computer screen. If you
are a Grand, First, Second, or Third Prize winner, you will be required
to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release,
and where legal, a Publicity Release, which must be returned within
fourteen (14) days after issuance of prize notification or prize will
be forfeited. Winners will be required to furnish his/her Social Security
number which will be used only for the purpose of reporting the winner's
prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service as required by law. If
the prize or prize notification is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable,
or if a winner fails to properly sign and return all forms described
herein, the prize will be forfeited.

In the event any of the prizes offered are not claimed, such prizes

3" x 5" card and mail in a #10 envelope to: "eBay Bid,
Play and Getaway" Second Chance Drawing, P.O. Box 4072, Grand Rapids,
