Starting Tuesday, March 24, 2009 between 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second on Tuesday March 24, 2009) and ending Saturday March 28, 2009 at 23:59:59 PT (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds).

What are the fees?
Insertion fees for Auction-style and Fixed Price listings will be 5¢ for listings in Cell Phones and PDAs that use Product Details (Pre-filled Item Information).This promotion applies to listings on the U.S. site www.ebay.com as reflected in the fee table below. Listings created prior to March 24, 2009 which are scheduled to start during the promotional period March 24-28, 2009 will be eligible to receive the promotional rate.

What listings qualify for this promotion?
To qualify for this promotion the listing must be:

An Auction-style or Fixed Price listing
Listed in the Cell Phones and PDA category. Please note: Accessories are not included.
Listed with Product Details or Pre-filled Item Information. Product Details automatically fill in your listing with item information and stock photo. For more information, click here. Note: Blackberry devices are found under the PDA category.

Please note: For sellers listing with any tool other than the latest version of the Sell Your Item form (SYI 3.0) the promotional price will not be shown during the listing process. Instead the discount will be reflected in the "View Account Status" section in My eBay, as well as in your next invoice.

What is excluded?
The promotion does not apply to any categories except those listed above, Cell Phone and PDA listings that do not use pre-filled item information, All eBay Motors listings, International, Live Auction, Professional Services, Real Estate, Ad Format and Store Inventory listings.

The promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to March 24, 2009—including those listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created March 24-28, 2009 and scheduled to start after the promotion ends.

You can list Auction-style and Fixed Price items through Sell Your Item Form, eBay Seller Tools, and most third-party tools.
