When is it?
Starting Saturday, November 7, 2009 between 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second on Saturday November 7, 2009) and ending Sunday, November 22, 2009 at 23:59:59 PT (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds) (the "Promotional Period").
Are all sellers eligible?
All sellers who have a 12-month Detailed Seller Rating of 4.5 or higher on all DSR criteria will be eligible for this 50% off Insertion Fees promotion for each item listed during the Promotional Period. New sellers who don't yet have DSR ratings are also eligible. DSR rating criteria for this promotion will be based on the previous 12 months. What are the fees?
During the Promotional Period, Insertion Fees for Auction-style listings will be 50% off (the "Promotional Rate") in the categories provided below. This promotion applies to listings on the U.S. site, www.ebay.com as reflected in the fee table below. All listing durations are eligible. When listing an item with a 10-day duration, the standard $0.40 fee for this extended duration will apply. Listings created prior to November 7, 2009, which are scheduled to start during the Promotional Period will be eligible to receive the Promotional Rate.
When listing items using the Sell Your Item form, please note that this Promotional Rate will apply after you have exhausted your 5 free Auction-style listings.
What listings qualify for this promotion?
To qualify for this promotion the listing must be an Auction-style listing in one of the following categories:
Dolls & Bears
Toys & Hobbies
Pottery & Glass
Please note: For sellers listing with any tool other than the latest version of the Sell Your Item form (SYI 3.0) the Promotional Rate will not be shown during the listing process. Instead the discount will be reflected in the "View Account Status" section in My eBay, as well as in your next invoice.
What is excluded?
The promotion does not apply to any categories except those listed above and applies to Auction-style listings only.
The Promotional Rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to November 7, 2009—including those listings revised in any way during the Promotional Period. Additionally, the Promotional Rate will not apply to listings scheduled to start after the Promotional Period
How do I get the Promotion price?
You can list Auction-style items through Sell Your Item Form, eBay Seller Tools, and most third-party tools.
