*Who's eligible?
From October 12, 2010 and now extended through February 28, 2011, sellers who list in the Auction-style format and have a 12 month detailed seller rating (DSR) of 4.5 or higher on all criteria, based on your Seller Dashboard, will pay just a 25¢ Insertion Fee per item listed in Games and Vintage Games, within the Video Games category. New sellers who don't yet have DSR ratings are also eligible. DSR rating criteria for this promotion will be based on the previous 12 months. To see DSR ratings, sellers can go to their Seller Dashboard within My eBay. For more information on DSRs, click here. This Promotion applies to eBay Store sellers and Non-Store sellers.

When is it?
This Promotion starts on Tuesday, October 12, 2010, at 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second on Tuesday, October 12, 2010) and will end on Monday, February 28, 2011, at 23:59:59 PT (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds) (the "Promotional Period").

What are the fees?
During the Promotional Period, insertion fees for Auction-style listings in Games and Vintage Games, within the Video Games category, will be 25¢ on the U.S. site www.ebay.com, as reflected in the fee table below. Listings created prior to October 12, 2010, and scheduled to start during the Promotional Period, will be eligible to receive the Promotional Rate.

How does this special promotion affect the current "100 Free listings offer"?
Sellers who are not eBay Store Subscribers are still eligible for 100 free insertion fees every month through January 7, 2011. Once the 100 listings have been reached, sellers who list in Games or Vintage Games will be eligible for this 25¢ insertion fee offer.

Please note: For sellers listing with any tool other than the latest version of the Sell Your Item form (SYI 3.0), the Promotional Rate will not be shown during the listing process. Instead, the discount will be reflected in the "View Account Status" section in My eBay, as well as in your next invoice.

What is excluded?
The Promotion does not apply to any categories except those listed above and applies to Auction-style listings only.

The Promotional Rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to October 12, 2010—including those listings revised during the Promotion Period. Additionally, the Promotional Rate will not apply to listings scheduled to start after the Promotion Period.

How do I get the Promotional Rate?
You will automatically receive the Promotional Rate when you list Auction-style items through Sell Your Item Form, eBay Seller Tools, and most third-party tools.
