When is it? This promotion starts at midnight Pacific Time on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second on Tuesday, August 18, 2009) and ends on Friday, September 18, 2009 at 23:59:59 PT (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds). For listings on www.ebay.ca, the promotion will begin at 12:00am plus one second on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 ET and end on Friday, September 18, 2009 at 11:59 plus 59 seconds ET. Are all sellers eligible? All sellers who have a 12-month Detailed Seller Rating of 4.5 or higher on all DSR criteria will be eligible for this 25¢ Picture Pack promotion for each item listed during the promotion period. New sellers who don't yet have DSR ratings are also eligible. DSR rating criteria for this promotion will be based on the previous 12 months. To see your DSR ratings, go to your Seller Dashboard within My eBay. For more information on DSRs, click here. What are the fees? For Auction-style, Fixed Price, and Store Inventory listings, Picture Pack picture upgrade fees will be 25 cents when you purchase Picture Pack (1-6 pictures) or Picture Pack (7-12 pictures) on www.eBay.com, www.eBayMotors.com (Parts & Accessories only), and www.eBay.ca. Picture Pack now includes a new photo-zoom feature that allows buyers to roll over and magnify areas of your pictures to get a closer look. The recommended picture size for uploaded pictures is at least 1000 pixels to provide maximum zoom and enlarged views of your pictures. Listings that may have been created prior to the promotion period but are scheduled to start during the promotion period August 18—September 18, 2009 are included in this promotion. Please Note: If you're listing with the latest version of the Sell Your Item form (SYI 3.0), you'll see the promotional price during the listing process. If you're using something else, you'll see it in the "View Account Status" section in My eBay and on your next invoice instead.
What is excluded? This promotion will not apply to the following types of listings: All eBay Motors listings including Passenger Vehicles, Motorcycles, Power Sports, Other Vehicles, Motors Local Market, International, Live Auction, Professional Services, Classified Ads (Ad Format). This promotion will not apply to sellers who currently have an eBay Premium or Anchor Store Subscription where Picture Pack is free. Items listed in Collectibles, Art, Antiques, and Pottery & Glass categories on eBay.com are also excluded because Picture Pack is free in those categories for all sellers. The promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to August 18, 2009, including those listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created August 18—September 18, 2009 and scheduled to start after the promotion ends. How do I get the Promotion price?
