Starting Tuesday, March 9, 2004 at 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second) and ending
23:59:59 PT on Thursday, March 11, 2004 (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds).

What are the fees? |
On Regular auction-style, Fixed Price, Real Estate, Motors Non-Vehicles and Store Inventory listings, the Listing Designer Fee will be $0.01 on the U.S. site (http://www.ebay.com/).
All other fees (insertion fees, reserve fees, final value fees and all other optional feature fees*) will still be charged. If you choose to List in 2 Categories the fee for Listing Designer will be $0.02. Listings created prior to March 9, 2004 that are scheduled to start between March 9 - 11, 2004 will be eligible to receive the promotional fees.

What is excluded? |
Live Auction, International, Motors Vehicles and Professional Services listings are
excluded. The promotional fee does not apply to listings with a start date prior to March 9, 2004
including those listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional fee also does
not apply to listings created between March 9-11, 2004 and scheduled to start after March 11,
2004.
