What is it?
From May 23 through June 1, sellers who list item(s) in Auction-style or Fixed Price format with FREE Domestic Shipping and have either a Detailed Seller Ratings (DSR) of 4.5 or higher on all 4 DSRs or no DSR rating, will receive 15% off their total Final Value Fees per item listed. (Note: the DSR ratings in your new Seller Dashboard shows a 30-day rating and a 12-month rating. Please refer to the 12-month rating for eligibility of this promotion.)

When is it?
Starting Friday, May 23, 2008 between 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second on Friday, May 23, 2008) and ending on Sunday June 1, 2008 at 23:59:59 PT (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds).

What are the fees?
Sellers who list in Auction-style or Fixed Price format on the U.S. www.ebay.com and Motors (Parts & Accessories only) www.ebaymotors.com sites, offer FREE Domestic Shipping and have either a Detailed Seller Ratings (DSR) of 4.5 or higher on all 4 DSRs or no DSR rating, will receive 15% off their total Final Value Fees per item listed as reflected in the fee table below.

Which listings qualify?

Eligible members include all users listing on ebay.com or ebaymotors.com (Parts & Accessories only) and who offer a free domestic shipping service within their shipping options. Specifically, the following criteria need to be met:

If Domestic Postage is set to 'Flat: Same cost to all buyers,' then one postage service needs to be specified and '0' needs to be entered into the first $ field OR Check the Free Shipping box.
If Calculated Shipping is selected, then you must select a shipping service and check the Free Shipping box.
Insurance and Handling must either not be required or have its cost set to zero.
Postage service should not be "Local Delivery/Pick Up or "Other."
If the listing is a multiple item listing, the shipping cost for additional items must also be zero.
Please Note: listings that use Markdown Manager to offer free shipping will not be eligible for this promotion.

What is excluded?
You are not eligible for the promotional rate if your 12-month DSR rating is 4.4 or lower. (Sellers with 0 DSRs are still eligible). This promotion does not apply to the following listing types: eBay Motors Passenger Vehicles, Motorcycles, Power Sports, Other Vehicles, Motors Local Market, International, Live Auction, Professional Services, Real Estate, Ad Format and Store Inventory listings. The following business and industrial categories are excluded from the Promotion: tractors & farm machinery (91952), heavy equipment (25249), concession trailers, carts (67145), imaging and aesthetics equipment (92036), forklifts and other lifts (97185), manufacturing equipment (92080), metalworking equipment (92082) and commercial printing presses (26247).

The promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to May 23, 2008-including those listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created May 23 - June 1, 2008 and scheduled to start after the promotion ends.

What is a Detail Seller Rating (DSR)?
In addition to leaving an overall positive, neutral, or negative Feedback, buyers are able to leave Detailed Seller Ratings on four aspects of a transaction: accuracy of item description, communication, shipping time, and shipping and handling charges. You qualify for the discount if all four of your average DSRs for the past year are 4.5 or higher. To see your DSR ratings, go to your Feedback Profile within My eBay. (Note: the DSR ratings in your new Seller Dashboard shows a 30-day rating and a 12-month rating. Please refer to the 12-month rating for eligibility of this promotion.)

How do I get the promotion price?
You can list Auction-style and Fixed Price items through Sell Your Item Form, eBay Seller Tools, and most third-party tools.

Can I still receive my PowerSeller discount in addition to this promotion offer?
Yes, if you are eligible for PowerSeller discounts, you may still qualify to receive this additional Final Value Fee offer.
