*****Upcoming Changes to Real Estate Categories*****

Thanks to everyone who submitted feedback on our proposed changes to Real Estate. We've reviewed and incorporated your feedback.

Here's a summary of the changes we'll be making:

• Timeshares for Sale will now include several different categories to allow members to search by the type of timeshare unit they are interested in.
• The Land category will be divided into four discrete geographical regions (as well as a fifth “Other” category).
• The Commercial real estate category will now include several different categories that allow members to search by property use and type.

Details of the proposed changes are presented below. These changes are scheduled to take effect July 2001.
