*****Upcoming Changes to Dolls & Bears Categories*****

We recently proposed several changes to the Dolls & Bears category and received some excellent input from our members. We have incorporated many of your suggestions into the final preview below. The changes are planned to take effect in July, 2001.

Here's a summary of what's coming:

• All vintage Barbie categories will be together. Categories for Ken and other Barbie friends/family have also been added.
• A new "By Brands, Manufacturers" category will group makers to make browsing easier.
• "By Material" is being added to create a home for existing categories like "Cloth", "Bisque", "Vinyl", and others.
• "By Type" will be added to consolidate existing doll categories like "Kewpie", "International", and "Nesting".
• Several new categories are being put in place where activity seems to dictate need.
• A detailed outline of the upcoming changes is below. The numbers in brackets next to the category names are the category numbers. To see all eBay categories with their numbers, click here.
