What are the fees?
For each Fixed Price listing which uses Best Offer, you will be charged the Pro Pack listing upgrade fee of $29.95. The $29.95 Pro Pack listing upgrade fee will be reimbursed to you within two months of expiration of the qualified listing via credit to your eBay account. You will not be charged for use of Best Offer. Please see the chart below for details.

Listings created prior to February 10, 2006 that are scheduled to start during the promotional period February 10 - February 17, 2006 will be eligible to receive the promotional rate.

What is excluded?
