Your items appear on the eBay Marketplace and are found through keyword searches.

Your listings only appear grouped together when shoppers click the "View Seller's Other Items" link on your listings page or search for your user ID.
Your eBay Store is hosted on the eBay Marketplace and houses all of your eBay listings in one central place.

The URL of an eBay Store is http://stores.ebay.com/storename and the eBay brand name is located at the top of every eBay Stores page.
ProStores is independent of the eBay Marketplace.

Your ProStores web store is hosted at the domain name that you choose* www.storename.com or at a shared URL such as http://store.prostores.com/storename.

* A dedicated domain name is included only for Business tier and above
None. Your listings will appear grouped together when shoppers click the "View Seller's Other Items" link on your listings page or search for your user ID.

Your items will be displayed in a simple list without any customization or branding.
You can customize your eBay Store design with easy-to-use templates or custom HTML. You can also create up to 20 custom categories to merchandise your listings.

The eBay logo will appear at the top of every page on your eBay Store and eBay.com will appear in your URL.
A ProStores web store is completely customizable. You can create your own unique design or you can leverage ProStores existing templates.

You can have your ProStores web store hosted at a domain name that you choose. The eBay and ProStores logos will not appear on your ProStores web store.
